SAN ANTONIO, Tx., (August 4, 2025) – SeaWorld San Antonio is thrilled to bring back its Red, White and BBQ festival showcasing the best barbecue from around the country and world. Beginning August 9 and running through September 1, guests can enjoy BBQ styles from four different North American regions… Kansas City, the Carolinas, Texas, and Memphis. New this year is a fifth area, International BBQ, with savory grilling from different countries around the world including India, Egypt, Indonesia, and Morocco. This event is the perfect blend of food, fun, and entertainment, and is included in SeaWorld admission every Saturday and Sunday and on Labor Day.

Barbecue and grilling is a deeply rooted tradition across many states and countries — each with its own cooking techniques, seasonings, sauces and the variety of meats used.
