Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Names Jeff Davis as New Park President

TAMPA, Fla. (Feb. 11, 2025) – Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has announced that it has named Jeff Davis as its new Park President. Davis joins Busch Gardens Tampa Bay from SeaWorld San Antonio, where he served as Park President. With over 30 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic vision and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences to his new role.
“We are making extensive investments in Busch Gardens Tampa Bay to make the park the best it’s ever been. We’re excited to have Jeff in the leadership role as one of our most seasoned executives. I’m confident he will help guide the team to success as we continue to make investments to further solidify the park’s status as a premier destination for thrill-seekers and families alike,” said Kyle Miller, Chief Parks Operations Officer at United Parks & Resorts, parent company to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Plus, the 2025 calendar is packed with the ultimate lineup of world-class festivities and entertainment, featuring heart-pounding attractions, up-close encounters with animals, live shows and immersive experiences.”
Davis has a long and distinguished career in the theme park industry. He previously served in executive roles at Sesame Place Philadelphia, as well as at Playland Park, Lake Compounce Amusement Park, Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream and Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. He has also served the amusement industry as a Board member and past president of the Pennsylvania Amusement Parks & Attractions (PAPA) and had been active in the communities in which he’s lived, serving as a Board member of local Chambers of Commerce, Bucks County Workforce Investment and the Texas Travel Alliance.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Penn State University and an MBA from Holy Family University.
